February 12, 2003– Woodinville, WA – Mackie Designs Inc. announced today that the National Association of Securities Dealers has approved Mackie's application for quotation of its common stock on the NASD's Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board ("OTC Bulletin Board"). Mackie's common stock now trades on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol MKIE.
