LOUD TECHNOLOGIES INC. HIRES TONY RODRIGUES TO HEAD UP BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EFFORTS
January 15, 2004 - Woodinville, Wash. - LOUD Technologies Inc. (OTCBB: LTEC) today announced the appointment of Tony Rodrigues to the newly created role of Business Development Manager. In this role, Rodrigues will work to seek out and develop strategic business partnerships with key OEM, ODM and co-marketing partners, and leverage those relationships across LOUD Technologies' entire portfolio of professional audio brands-Mackie, EAW, and TAPCO.
"Tony brings to LOUD many years of experience in business development, marketing, sales, and product management as well as established relationships with key technology leaders in professional audio," stated Mike Newman, Director of Product Development at LOUD Technologies. "His experience will allow us to more effectively identify and exploit strategic marketing opportunities, as well as help guide our product planning efforts overall."
Prior to joining LOUD, Rodrigues was the Corporate Development Manager for AKM Semiconductor, a leading provider of mixed-signal integrated circuits for audio, video, networking and wireless communications. He also worked as a corporate development consultant for TimeLine Vista, Island Data Corporation. Rodrigues will work from LOUD Technologies' corporate headquarters in Woodinville, Wash.
